Data quality
What “checked” means, and what it does not
Published contact details
The preview reads the existing backend’s Idaho sample CSV. A published email address alone does not establish deliverability.
Email validation
The product API does not expose a per-record email validation method or check date. No validation percentage is inferred from a listed email.
Licence information
Licence fields are shown when present in the source. A licence number alone does not establish current active status.
Marketing consent
Neither an address nor a licence establishes consent to receive marketing. Review your intended use and platform policies before outreach.
How the displayed data is handled
- Product counts and prices
- Fetched from the existing Idaho state and county product endpoints. Prices are checked again before entering the cart and before payment.
- Real sample
- Loaded through your existing Idaho account and sample allowance. Records are restricted to Idaho before display.
- Sample duplicates
- Duplicate normalized email addresses are displayed once; a licence identifier is used when an email is absent. This describes the preview, rather than an unverified rule for the full product.
- Missing fields
- Blank source values remain blank in CSV exports and appear as a dash in the table.
- Dates
- A sample file modification date, when returned, is labeled as a file date. Loading the catalog or a sample does not establish a recent record-validation date.
