Questions before buying
How many Idaho contacts are available?
Use the published count for a single product when available. Combined or filtered audiences require a deduplicated quote. Sample row counts are not total inventory.
How do I inspect the real Idaho sample?
Sign in to your Idaho account and load the existing sample on Data preview. The backend enforces your sample allowance. You can then filter actual rows, compare columns and export your selection.
What is the difference between Email and Complete?
Email includes identity, email and address fields. Complete adds phone, fax, mobile, licence and association fields where available. Not every field is present on every record.
Can I buy the Treasure Valley or a filtered list?
Request a quote for combined counties or additional filters. A quote confirms availability, a unique count, price and delivery terms before any payment.
Is the list the same as a list of REALTOR® members?
No membership is implied. Do not assume that every agent or broker belongs to a real estate association.
What if a record is incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and the record or field to review. Confirm the applicable replacement, refund and claim-window terms before purchase.
